Senior Change Manager - Order to Cash & P2P Processes
Senior Change Manager required by a large blue-chip client based in Surrey on an initial 6-month contract paying up to £600 per day.
The Senior Change Manager will be working on a global transformation programme and must have strong knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes, as well as significant change management experience.
The Senior Change Manager must have the following:
-Significant change management experience, ideally working on global programmes
-Strong knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes
-Experience implementing changes that impact the order to cash and purchase to pay processes
-Experience conducting Change Impact Assessments across people, process and technology
-Experience ensuring the wider change team embed correct working practices as per the Target Operating Model
-Experience coordinating training and communications
-Experience working on large ERP implementations (preferred)
-Excellent presentational skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Excellent stakeholder management skills
