We are working with a large blue chip company who have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Administrator to join their growing team.

You will be given the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skill set within an IT Project function as well as be part of a prestigious organisation, with scope to progress in your career.

Purpose of the role:

*Support the management and delivery of the IT project portfolio
*Support the planning, scheduling and management of change requests, IT projects and the technology components of business and IT change projects

The key tasks you will be responsible for are:

*Collating, checking, reviewing and producing reports
*Maintain and update document templates
*Document simple processes
*Minute and follow up on actions from department meetings
*Collate and report employee & project timesheets
*Schedule meetings and maintain department diary
*Departmental administration (e.g. Maintain holiday / sickness / leave of absence details etc.)

Your background/experience:

*Degree educated (desirable) with 1-2 years' professional experience
*Highly competent with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident self-starter with excellent communication skills
*Project Management and/or IT professional experience highly desirable but not essential
*An interest in the technology
*Ambitious individual with aspirations of progressing within a Project Management/IT function
*Ability to drive to work
