Business Process Analyst for a leading corporate. Must have strong Technical Writing, business analysis, process mapping skills, preferably with an HR background and/or knowledge of Oracle HR or similar, to support an Oracle Cloud for HR / Finance implementation. Responsible for updating / maintaining the standard operating procedures, user guides, process maps and some training material. Criterias to meet are:
* Proven exp of creating SOP documents, user guides, process maps
* Manage the completion of documentation with very effective and clear writing skills
* Writing processes & creating process diagrams
* Ability to understand / document existing different process levels
* An understanding of Human Resources policies / process & HR functions
* Ability to integrate process documentation across workstreams
* Provide UAT, training and e-learning support
* Proven exp in writing narratives, have strong analytical skills and attention to details
* Tech abilities to include Google for Work, MS Office, MS Visio and Lucid Chart
A key success indicator is that the SOP documents are written with quality and clarity as they will need to be translated into many languages
