Vendor Manager - IT Services - City of London
The JM Group are working with a large blue-chip company based in the City of London and are looking for a Vendor Manager to join their growing team. This position is offered on a permanent basis and is paying £50,000 - £60,000 benefits (including a bonus, car allowance etc).
The Vendor Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the organisations vendor management strategy ensuring the maximum value is delivered from services.
The Vendor Manager must have the following:
-5 Years of Vendor Management experience, gained working for large commercial businesses
-Experience managing third-party vendors, in-depth sourcing and commercial expertise
-2 years' experience in project / asset management and procurement
-2 years of people management experience
-Deep market knowledge of current technology trends, including cloud, digital and agile
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence both internally and externally
-Strong project and process management skills and the ability to handle multiple vendors, projects and a wide range of tasks
