Simon joined The JM Group in JM in 1987 after an early career at the Observer Newspaper. He has a wealth of recruitment experience gained across numerous sectors, most notably Technology and Business Change in the Financial Services sector. Particular areas of expertise and interest include Information Management. Information Security, Big Data, Data Analytics, E Commerce, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure engineering and Renewal.

Fiona is a law graduate who joined the JM Group in 1998 after a period of worldwide travel. She successfully managed the delivery of IT Contractors and Interims across a broad range of clients and has particularly strong knowledge and networks within Insurance and Retail Banking. Her functional expertise is equally broad with particular strength in the areas of IT project, programme and change management. She has an extensive range of contacts which she harnesses to develop new business across the organisation. In her spare time she has two young sons that keep her busy and enjoys travelling.
